First, please read through our return policy to make sure your purchase qualifies for a return or exchange, then follow the steps
below to start the process.
You have 2 options to choose from:
1) Store Credit + $5 Extra Dollars!
Receive Siam Traditions store credit for the amount of your return plus an additional $5 of bonus store credit. (within 60 days from original purchase)
2) Refund To Original Payment Form:
Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $5.99 shipping fee (process must be initiated within 14 days of original purchase)
3) Exchanges:
Love it but need a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange the full amount of original purchase for a different item. (within 60 days of original purchase)
US Returns & Exchanges Policy
The following policy applies to domestic orders only.
Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 60 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 60 days.
Returns for full purchase to original payment form (minus 5.99 shipping fee) must be initiated within 14 days of original purchase. means that you must contact our customer support within 14 days to initiate the process.
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you received an order as a gift, you can still return! We’ll issue you store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) in the form of a unique coupon code.
Some Items are Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Sale Items
- Items received outside of original like new condition.
- Items received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:
Returns received by Siam Traditions between 15 and 60 days after the original order shipment date will be eligible for store credit only. Late returns will have the $5.99 shipping fee deducted and are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer.
Packaging Requirements:
Silver Jewelry: Must be returned in original “new” condition with any tags and packaging in tact.. Returns & exchanges on items that have been worn or show signs of use will not be honored.
